I've noticed on battle.net from time to time that some players have crazy good win percentages. Take for instance Valentine in our clan at 55 and 4. How do people achieve such records? In 1v1 and AT I can understand a record like that since if you're better than 90% of players and you find teammates who are better than 90% of players too, you'll win 90% of your games. But how is it done in Random Team? Valentine has a RT record of 17 and 2. I'm sure Valentine is a phenomenal player, way better than me, but why don't his bad teammates drag him down in RT? Is there some way to avoid getting crappy teammates in RT? Or do you have to be so good you can beat multiple people all teammed against you to the point where it doesn't matter how bad your teammate is? What is the best number of players to have to get the good records in RT? Do players like Valentine only play at certain times when a higher percentage of good or bad players are online?

I posted this same question on www.gamefaqs.com and got over 30 replies. But only about 3 people who post on Gamefaqs are good at the game (Wormsinator, Filip Nyman, Fox Master). The general consensus is that the people with the very best RT records got it from 2v2 and got it because they are capable of beating 2 average players with very little help. They just make their base harder to kill than their teammate's and creep like crazy and then win with higher level heroes and hope their teammate helps a bit. For us average and slightly above average players though the advice was to play 3v3 RT games and focus on teamwork and you might be able to maintain a 60% RT record.

Well i have seen people on 2v2 AT with records like 345-2 ....
Did they find a way to choose their opponents so they could get free wins?? To me, its impossible even if your the best warcraft player to get that kind of stats.. Well..
